Our Process
Discovery & Kick-Off Meeting Every partnership begins with a deep dive. Whether in-person or via video, we meet with our design and engineering teams to bridge the gap between your vision and technical reality. We explore optimal technologies, material recommendations, and business objectives—including timelines, budgets, and monetization strategies—to ensure we are aligned from day one.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis We analyze the landscape so you don’t have to. By studying both direct and indirect competitors, we identify the market gaps where your product can truly shine. We also define a target retail price, allowing us to design "to cost" and maximize your manufacturing budget.
Preliminary Digital Sketching We translate data into visuals. Our team develops 2–3 digital concept renderings over a 4-week period, focusing on both form and function. By starting with sketches, we explore creative boundaries without constraints. These sketches are "patent-ready," giving you a head start on protecting your intellectual property.
Collaborative Concept Review We present our findings in a transparent review sessions. We’ll explain the mechanical logic and component choices behind each design. This is a collaborative space where you can "cherry-pick" features from different concepts to create a hybrid final direction that captures your goals perfectly.
Refinement & Finalization Once a direction is chosen, we polish the concept into a high-fidelity rendering. This refined sketch serves as the definitive guide for the 3D modeling phase, ensuring the transition from 2D to 3D is seamless.

Manufacturing Path: We prepare a comprehensive proposal for 3D modeling, engineering, and prototyping.

Our Prototyping Stages
Alpha (Functional) Prototype: The goal here is utility, not beauty. We use high-speed 3D printing and breadboard electronics to test fundamental mechanics.
Engineering Refinements: We put the Alpha through its paces, refining the design and swapping materials until the mechanism is perfected.
Updated Technical Drawings: Every change is documented. We update the "master" technical drawings to provide a detailed blueprint for mass production.
Beta (Aesthetic) Prototype: This is the "hero" model. Built with high-end finishes, the Beta looks and feels like the final product—perfect for validation or marketing.
Pilot Production & Factory Samples: Before full-scale manufacturing, we facilitate a small "pilot" run. These "off-tool" samples ensure the factory line meets our exact quality standards.
Pro Tip: Prototyping mitigates the risk of a "million-dollar mistake." Identifying a flaw in a $500 prototype is much better than finding it after $50,000 of tooling has been cut.
3D scanning allows us to bridge the physical and digital worlds with microscopic precision. Whether we are reverse-engineering a component or designing a product to fit an existing object, scanning ensures a perfect fit every time.
Our 3D Scanning Process
Project Assessment: We evaluate your project to see if 3D scanning is the most efficient path forward, considering complexity, tolerances, and timeline.
High-Precision Scanning: Using state-of-the-art equipment, we capture geometry via Structured Light (for small, intricate objects), Laser Scanning (for industrial precision), or Photogrammetry (for large environments).
Mesh Cleanup & Processing: The raw scan (a "point cloud") is converted into a polygonal mesh. Our team meticulously cleans the data—filling holes and smoothing surfaces—to ensure it is ready for engineering.
3D CAD Conversion: We use the cleaned mesh as a reference to build a "watertight" 1:1 digital model, maintaining every nuance of the original object.
