Preliminary Digital Sketching We translate data into visuals. Our team develops 2–3 digital concept renderings over a 4-week period, focusing on both form and function. Collaborative Concept Review We present our findings in a transparent review sessions. We’ll explain the mechanical logic and component choices behind each design. Our Prototyping Stages
Alpha (Functional) Prototype: The goal here is utility, not beauty. We use high-speed 3D printing and breadboard electronics to test fundamental mechanics.
Engineering Refinements: We put the Alpha through its paces, refining the design and swapping materials until the mechanism is perfected.
Updated Technical Drawings: Every change is documented. We update the "master" technical drawings to provide a detailed blueprint for mass production.

Our 3D Scanning Process
Project Assessment: We evaluate your project to see if 3D scanning is the most efficient path forward, considering complexity, tolerances, and timeline.
High-Precision Scanning: Using state-of-the-art equipment, we capture geometry via Structured Light (for small, intricate objects), Laser Scanning (for industrial precision), or Photogrammetry (for large environments).
Mesh Cleanup & Processing: The raw scan (a "point cloud") is converted into a polygonal mesh. Our team meticulously cleans the data—filling holes and smoothing surfaces—to ensure it is ready for engineering.
